Tavolata Klösterli
Food is trivial and highly political at the same time. The practice project of my Masters in Communication Design was a photographic story about the tradition of a Tavolata, the ritual of talking about where the food comes from, how it is made, and sharing a personal evening with people you didn’t know before. The website lets you dive into the photographic story of one of these events in January 2014. You learn about the local farmers, the seasonal dishes, and the fascination to organize such events.
