Sennheiser Brandzone

Having an internal source for vision, inspiration and actionable content is crucial for a company with hundreds of marketing and sales stakeholders worldwide. So implementing rules, tools and processes was an important task of our long-time strategy.

For about a year I jumped into the role of the Brandzone Owner, managed from legal, to IT, access management, and missing feature issues the whole implementation of the platform. Produced training material, hold workshops, organized database clean-up sprints to make the platform ready for Sennheisers automation and DigX-Strategy.

Digital Asset Management

Combining the DAM with guidelines on one platform and make the database ready for automation was long overdue, and it was not always easy to convince internal stakeholders that digital transformation means a lot of database work, aligning and cleaning up data categories.

Guidelines & Knowledge transfer

To create exciting experiences that work on social media is very important to grow the audience of any kind of organization. The sound tunnel that faded out the noise of the city at the pop-up store in Soho New York was such an experience that people for sure wanted to share with their community. How to plan and create these highlights then became part of the guidelines.

Stakeholder management

Credits go to Jona Wetter and Pascal Imhof for the great team spirit and the will to push the content of the guidelines to the next level
